International Appearances:
Represented GB in the Ekiden International Road Relays in Japan and South Korea in 2001 and 2005.
National US Collegiate runner-up in the 10,000m run.
5 time All-American whilst studying at Florida State University.
National Performances:
National AAAs 5k Road champion. (2005)
3rd place national 10,000m track championships (2004).

London Duatlon (1st Female)
Thames Turbo aquathon (1st Female)

Consistently ranked in the top 10 in the 5k/10k from 2001 to 2006.
