Focus for 2010: UK based Sprints and Olympic distance. No more long stuff! Sub 2:02 Olympic (accurate - if I can find one). Improve running (Sub 17:30 5K, Sub 36 10K).

"I'm the Men's Club Captain of Thames Turbo Triathlon Club & married to the Lady's Club Captain (I know...). She's a much better triathlete than me (was running me down at Austria last year in her first IM!) and is currently (January 2010) 5 months pregnant with our first child thereby making me the luckiest and happiest member of the team! Rumour has it I did it just to slow her down ;-). Needless to say the focus has changed from long and slow to, hopefully, short and fast!"
