"I took up triathlon in 2007 coming from a rugby background. In 2008 I was selected for the Herbalife Academy aimed at novice athletes with potential. In that year I qualified for the European championships and finished the season with 2 wins, 3 second places and 3 third place finishes.
In 2009 a shoulder injury prevented me from racing for most of the year. Now injury free I hope 2010 will be a big year for me, my coach Bill Black will help me achieve this."
