"I switched the racing spikes and metric mile for a wetsuit, bike and racing flats in 2007 and I havent looked back since. After a disrupted 2009 season through illness, Im looking forward to building on my previous success in duathlon and hoping that the legs hold out for the 1/2 Ironman!"
