Focus for 2010: I aim to enter and race well in some elite category events. I want to smash my PB on the London course during the sub 2:30 race.

"I have to say that it was my friend Will Clarke (Team GB) who got me into triathlon when we were at 6th form college. I just started running once a week then a bit of swimming then I got a bike and I've no looked back since. He has also been great with 'hand-me-downs' and advice making sure i'm racing. I'm now a trained Gym Instructor so look forward to lots more training on and off the job."
