"Before triathlon I was a County level swimmer and runner, 8 times county swim medallist, British Biathlon Champion and World Biathle Champion 2007.
My biggest achievement was becoming the first Irish Triathlete to compete at the Olympic Games. I qualified for the 2008 Olympics in 9 months (less than half the time allocated) due to both educational commitments and injury. I finished my degree (First Class Honours Degree in Mathematics) at Bath University in May 2007 and am now training and racing fulltime. You can visit my website for more information about me and all my race results"
