Focus for 2010: My main focus for this year is to improve my running. I've been struggling with a couple of injuries over the past couple of seasons but I am now already feeling the benefits of regular sports massage. I've entered the London marathon and will continue racing Aquathlons throughout the season including the British Championships and possibly the Worlds.
